Get Involved

Membership is open to anyone who participates in the transportation network. This includes walking, rolling, biking, public transit, rideshare, or driving. We value participatory engagement, making information accessible, and mobility justice for our communities. Join us!

There are lots of ways to get involved and we need your help to sustain and grow the Mobility Coalition. Check out just a few of the ways to plug in below.

Attend Monthly Meetings

We meet once a month to collaborate and discuss neighborhood transportation priorities. We also work to build a direct and accessible line of communication with Metro Government’s Department of Transportation during these meetings.

Community Data Collection

Check out the Community Data Collection page to learn more about how you can get involved in our data collection efforts.

Community Outreach & Events

While Neighborhood Associations are a great way to reach some folks in our community, these groups do not always represent the relative diversity of a neighborhood. From flyers to booths at community events, we are working hard to get the word out in the community and we need your help.

We are also having fun through community events. Check out a few photos below from our Halloween Kidical Mass ride in partnership with Duck Duck Goose Bike Bus. The ride provided a safe and fun way for kids and families to bike while also giving them a glimpse into how the bike bus works. Would you like to join on the next kidical mass ride or other community events? Join us to help make it happen!

Sponsor Bike Lights

We are funding lights for a bike light giveaway! Help out by sharing the Sponsor bike lights link or sponsoring a set of lights, if you are able.

As of January 26, we are fully funded! We’ll get the lights in March-April. Stay tuned for how you can help with distribution.
