The Oak Street Streetscape plans from 2018-2021 are exciting but costly, leading to delays while funding is secured. We are working with government stakeholders to discuss alternatives to more quickly do the following:
- Discourage heavy trucks from using the neighborhood as a cut-through
- Slow heavy trucks and other vehicles
- Improve the pedestrian and cyclist experience
We’ve got momentum and now need your help to move this forward!
